Our Return & Exchange Guidelines

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all original tags attached and in place. Items must be returned in their original packaging, including any garment bags, dust bags, or boxes, to ensure they are protected during transit. We reserve the right to refuse a return or apply a refurbishment fee if an item is received in a condition that does not meet these standards.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain final sale items, which may include, but are not limited to, face masks, swimwear (if the liner has been removed), undergarments, and items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase. We also cannot accept returns on items that have been altered, monogrammed, or otherwise personalized.

The Return & Exchange Process

We require that returns be initiated within a specified number of days from the date your order is delivered, as confirmed by the carrier’s tracking information.

If your return is approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original method of payment. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Exchanges are subject to product availability, and we will happily ship the requested item to you once the original return is received.
